Research Study: Survey of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Nurses' Job Satisfaction
August 01, 2021UMSON faculty and staff, you are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Djako Djoman, a doctorate student at Saint Leo University in Florida. The purpose of this study is to examine "the impact of leadership style and organizational culture on nurses' job satisfaction in the Maryland Nursing Faculty." You are eligible to participate in this study if you are a nurse working at UMSON.
The survey would last only about 10-15 minutes, and we are aware of nurses' busy schedules. Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary, and there are no known or anticipated risks to participation in this study. All information provided will be kept at utmost confidentiality and would be used only for academic purposes. The respondents' names and your institution's names will not appear in the dissertation or publications resulting from this study. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the survey.
