UMSON has transitioned from Meeting Room Manager to Ad Astra, a new room scheduling system. Ad Astra enables space optimization for courses and maximizes the use of resources for specific needs and requirements. The new system is scheduled to be released to UMSON faculty and staff for use beginning the fall semester.

In the meantime, continue to submit room reservation requests online here. Be sure to include all support requirements, including AV, IT, and facilities.

Due to the north building renovations and current COVID-19 restrictions, it is more important now than ever, that all requests are reviewed prior to consideration. More information will be provided in the UMSON Weekly Elm as it becomes available.

The Office of Student and Academic Services will continue to schedule UMSON courses, breakouts, and exams; Facilities Management will continue to schedule internal meetings; and the Office of Communications will continue to schedule internal events and external requests for space.
