U.S. Public Health Service Corps CNO Visits Community/Public Health Nursing Master's Leadership Class

Rear Adm. Aisha Mix, chief nurse officer, and Lt. Cmdr. Shatara Sherwood from the U.S. Public Health Service Corps visited a Community/Public Health Nursing master's leadership class, taught by Marik Moen, PhD, MPH, RN, assistant professor, on Dec. 9.
Mix and Sherwood shared insights on public health, public/government service, policy, emergency preparedness, and nurse/nurse practitioner workforce issues and opportunities.
