Universities at Shady Grove (USG) nursing student Debbie Sahlin is a single mom caring for a son with a traumatic brain injury. She shares her story of how a scholarship helps to ease her financial burden so that she has time to help others through the nonprofit she started, the Lollipop Kids Foundation, which serves children with disabilities.
