Healthy adults ages 18 to 50 years old are needed to participate in the study of an investigational malaria antibody and challenge. You will first be screened to assess eligibility for participation. If you are healthy, without prior exposure to malaria and otherwise eligible, you will be provided information about an imminent malaria monoclonal antibody study followed by exposure to malaria.

The study will evaluate the safety of a malaria monoclonal antibody (meaning all the antibodies are exactly the same) and its ability to protect against malaria. The challenge means that you are exposed to treatable malaria by the bite of mosquitoes. Financial compensation will be provided for screening.
