The search committee for the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s (UMB) inaugural vice president/chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer extends its appreciation to the 528 faculty, staff, students, and recent alumni who responded to its request to complete a survey.
The search committee, which is being co-chaired by Dawn Rhodes, MBA, chief business and finance officer and vice president, UMB, and Jane Kirschling, PhD, RN, FAAN, dean, School of Nursing, will use the feedback to inform our work during the coming months.
Working with the search firm Isaacson, Miller, we hope to conduct finalist interviews early in 2021.
