University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center (UM BWMC) is seeking nursing students at all levels to volunteer. Opportunities include assisting with screening employees for COVID symptoms and taking a temperature on arrival to the hospital or being a part of our masking efforts by becoming part of a new command center for masking. This includes performing fit testing for the variety of N95 masks and handing out masks. While not glamourous, volunteering in either one of these capacities will make an enormous difference.
