MRI Study

The Addiction Research Lab in the School of Medicine is conducting a research study investigating the relationship among inflammation, brain function, and behavior. Participants will undergo magnetic resonance brain imaging before and after taking the antibiotic minocycline for four weeks. This study will involve up to seven visits to the Maryland Psychiatric Research Center over five to six weeks.

This is not a treatment study. Participants will be compensated for their time. We are following all UMB and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention safety guidelines.
