Are you experiencing some IT issues with your device? While the IT Help Desk is happy to assist, here are some things you can try on your device to save you time before you reach out to the Help Desk.
1. Try rebooting your device. It seems like a basic thing to do, however when you reboot your computer, it runs diagnostics on itself to automatically fix minor errors you may be experiencing. Rebooting your device will also allow you to update certain applications or fix issues that occurred with older versions.
2. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Clearing your browser's cache will open the most recent version of a page. This is important for periodic maintenance that includes page updates or revisions such as new buttons or additional fields.
