Office of Student & Academic Services held its first in person staff retreat since 2019
OSAS houses three UMSON offices: Admissions, Career & Academic Success, and Registrar & Student Placements. This year’s retreat was held at the Baltimore Museum of Industry on Friday, September 16, 2022. The staff had the opportunity to engage in team building activities, soak in the scenery, and learn about Baltimore’s Industrial history. Additionally, the staff used the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessments in order to understand the varying personality types and improve efficiency and communication in the department.
