A new default feature in Office 365 Outlook automatically adds a Microsoft Teams meeting link to meetings. This feature can be turned off.


A new default feature in Office 365 Outlook automatically adds a Microsoft Teams meeting link to meetings that are scheduled with another person, regardless if a Zoom or Webex meeting is also added. 

This feature can be turned off. While in Outlook, go to File > Options, then select Calendar.  Under Calendar Options, remove the check mark next to the “Add online meetings to all meetings.”
