The Continuity of Operations (COOP) e-tool from the UMB Office of Emergency Management (OEM) helps departments perform critical, time-sensitive work, even during emergency disruptions.

Simplifying Continuity Planning
The COOP e-tool provides departments with a simple way to create a continuity plan that identifies alternate and secondary operating mechanisms to overcome the absence of key people, places, or things. The tool is accessible to all UMB personnel and allows for real-time collaboration.
