The Learning Institute is excited to offer a plethora of new micro-courses and digital badges available for UMB students, staff, and faculty. These micro-courses include topics on business, public speaking, leadership, emotional intelligence, active assailant preparedness, delegation, LGBTQ+ safe space, salary negotiation, and many more! Many of our micro-courses are also available online, asynchronous, and have open enrollment, allowing you to gain new skills and credentials in less than an hour.
