Performance Development Program Performance Evaluation Form and Merit Allocation

Several trainings for supervisors and staff will be conducted to explain the upcoming enhancements to the online evaluation system and changes to the merit allocation process for eligible employees.

UMB's Human Resource Services' (HRS) Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) team has continued to make significant enhancements to the electronic performance evaluation form that launched last year. In addition, changes are being made regarding the way merit will be allocated to provide greater recognition of eligible employees. The HRS-ELR team will be conducting several trainings for supervisors and staff to explain the upcoming enhancements to the online evaluation system and changes to the merit allocation process for eligible employees.

Trainings will be conducted in person and online from March 15-April 3 for supervisors and faculty who supervise staff, and March 26-April 4 for staff. Participants may register for training on the HRS-ELR website using this link: UMB Performance Development Program. If you need assistance with signing up for training, please email  PerformanceManagement@umaryland.edu or call 410-706-7302.
