The University of Maryland, Baltimore’s (UMB) Administration & Finance (A&F) department hosted its semiannual Town Hall (in-person edition) in the School of Nursing auditorium on June 5. Topics for the 90-minute session included assessing the financial picture for A&F and the University at large, the evolution of A&F’s work-from-home policies, Employee and Organizational Success’ upcoming activities and events, and the many employee service and special award acknowledgments that have accrued.

The event was hosted by Dawn Rhodes, DBA, chief business financial officer and senior vice president for A&F, and Karen Park, MA, MBA, executive director of strategic projects and chief of staff. Nicole Palmore, MSW, executive director of employee and organizational success, promoted upcoming events, and Zandra Rawlinson, EdD, director of employee learning and development, handed out the many recognitions earned by A&F employees.

The event included a brief Q&A session as well as several questions for Rhodes sent in by members of the A&F community. You can watch the event in full below.
