Through initiatives such as the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Learning Opportunities, and Launch Your Life, staff members can access personal and professional development tools to enhance their careers and personal lives.
Explore courses that cover timely topics essential to employee well-being, from healthy lifestyles and emotional support to personal and professional development tools like conflict mediation. Wellness programs such as URecFit and Wellness and the state of Maryland’s State Wellness Program encourage healthy lifestyles, while the Comfort K9 program and Workplace Mediation Service offer emotional support and conflict mediation.
