Performance Development Program Performance Evaluation Form and Merit Allocation

Performance evaluations are due April 30 for nonexempt employees and June 1 for exempt. Training sessions for staff, supervisors, and faculty who supervise staff will run March 31 through April 7.

It's that time again, and we are pleased to share that the Human Resource Services-Employee and Labor Relations (HRS-ELR) team is in the final stages of the Performance Management project. This year, the program will feature a name change to Performance Management Program (PMP) and refresher trainings offered to staff supervisors as well as faculty who supervise staff.

Performance evaluations are due April 30 for nonexempt employees and June 1 for exempt employees. The Performance Management Program online platform is available for use.

The HRS-ELR team is offering refresher training sessions for staff, supervisors, and faculty who supervise staff from March 31 through April 7. These sessions will reinforce key elements of the PMP, reiterate guidance on using the online evaluation form, and provide reminders about essential tools and resources to support an effective evaluation process. Supervisors and staff can register for training via the HRS-ELR Performance Management Program website or directly through the links below.
