Ruffin has worked in Environmental Services (EVS) at the University of Maryland, Baltimore for many years. She works tirelessly at one of our busiest facilities, the SMC Campus Center. Working in two very populated areas, she is detail-oriented, maintains her assigned areas, and ensures that customer service and satisfaction are top priorities. Ruffin is very approachable, respectful, and is always willing to help others. She is a valuable member of the EVS Custodial Team, and we appreciate her consistent efforts and work ethic.
