The HS/HSL website’s navigation and organization are being refreshed to improve the user experience, and we want to know what UMB students think about the proposed changes. It requires a one-hour time commitment and will be performed using Webex. Participants will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card.
We’re asking volunteers to perform several tasks and share their thoughts as they locate information related to the tasks. Screen activity and the participant’s voice will be recorded. Afterward, volunteers will be asked to share their overall impressions of the website. The study runs until Aug. 14.
