On October 6, 2020 the HS/HSL is hosting medical illustrator, Lydia Gregg, for a Meet the Makers lunchtime event.
The Historical Collections Department in the HS/HSL houses the library’s rare books, special collections, and some UMB archives. Included in the rare book collection are works by influential and early anatomists and medical illustrators. While the Historical Collections Department in the HS/HSL remains open by appointment only due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, many items including books are available in digital format in the UMB Digital Archive.
