In this series, we will highlight a SkillSoft course that can help grow your professional development using information technology applications. SkillSoft courses are available through the UMB Learning Management System (LMS) and are available to all UMB employees.
The course being highlighted to kick off this series is Zoom: Creating, Joining, and Managing Meetings. Zoom is one of a few online communication tools available at UMB. This course reviews Zoom’s different features — the Zoom interface, how to create and manage meetings, manage participants, record meetings, configure general settings, and more.
Once you click on the course link, you will be prompted to sign in using your UMID and password. Once signed in, you will see an overview of the course. Click Start to begin the session. The session runs approximately 50 minutes and is broken into 10 sections.
