The eighth cohort of Emerging Leaders will be remembered as the first, and possibly only, cohort to transition from in-person sessions to virtual sessions midway through the 10-month program. Demonstrating resilience and adaptability, the graduates successfully completed the program while also balancing their own work and family demands.
