UMB's Emerging Leaders Persevere
October 12, 2020 Nicole K. PalmoreThe eighth cohort, which has completed the program and graduated, will be remembered as the first, and possibly only, cohort to transition from in-person sessions to virtual sessions.
The eighth cohort of Emerging Leaders will be remembered as the first, and possibly only, cohort to transition from in-person sessions to virtual sessions midway through the 10-month program. Demonstrating resilience and adaptability, the graduates successfully completed the program while also balancing their own work and family demands. Our dedicated senior leaders who generously give of their time, talent, and energy also seamlessly transitioned to the virtual format.
