Are you part of the UMB research community and looking for a way to get involved with sustainability on campus? The UMB Office of Sustainability is looking for research labs to help us beta test a pilot Green Labs program this summer. If you are a student, staff, or faculty member in a lab in the School of Dentistry, School of Medicine, or School of Pharmacy and are interested in participating in this pilot, please reach out to sustainability@umaryland.edu.

Looking to get involved further? Join our Green Labs Working Group! The Green Labs Working Group is responsible for implementing a Green Labs program on campus to reduce the environmental impacts of research lab spaces. Working group meetings are held once every two months, for a total of six meetings each year. Meetings last one hour, and some work outside of bimonthly meetings will be required. You can sign up to participate in the Green Labs Working Group using this form.
