What Are Digital Displays?

Digital display monitors are located throughout campus in buildings and parking structures. These displays are tools used to communicate news, events, and information relevant to the University of Maryland, Baltimore community.

In order to ensure that the information from these displays is equally accessible to all members of the UMB community, the following textual descriptions of all digital displays have been made available below. Pain Perception ad 2026

Research Study: Pain Perceptionin the Brain The study investigates how pain is processed in the brain. Two visits are required (1.5-2 and ~3hrs) The second visit will involve magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to investigate brain processes.

You may qualify if you:

  1. Are between 18-65 years old
  2. You are fluent in written and spoken English
  3. You are in good health

You may receive compensation for the session (up to $150) and parking vouchers.
