Two UMSON students awarded scholarships from Maryland Organization of Nurse Leaders.
Abaneh Ebangwese, BSN, RN, an UMSON PhD student, received the Black Angels Nurses Graduate Scholarship from the Maryland Organization of Nurse Leaders (MONL) at its Diversity Scholarship & Annual Award Ceremony gala held Nov. 18 at the Blackwall Barn & Lodge in Gambrills, Maryland. Ghosoun Alasali, an UMSON Bachelor of Science in Nursing student at the Universities at Shady Grove, received the Virginia Allen Undergraduate Scholarship. MONL is a nonprofit organization consisting of nurse leaders, executives, educators, administrators, and officers from across the state of Maryland.
