PhD student receives prestigious 2023 Maryland Patient Safety Center Minogue Circle of Honor Award.
Sarah Stanley, PhD student, has received a 2023 Maryland Patient Safety Center (MPSC) Minogue Circle of Honor Award. Her winning project was titled “Clinical Excellence Report Cards: A Data-driven Approach to Evidence-based Patient Care.” Stanley is team lead, Nursing Outcomes Leaders, at LifeBridge Health Sinai Hospital. The hospital was one of eight hospitals named Circle of Honor winners, an award recognizing top solutions in health care.
Named for MPSC’s first president and executive director, William Minogue, MD, FACP, to honor his enduring contributions to and passion for improving patient care and safety, the Minogue Award was created by the MPSC Board of Directors to recognize an organization within the state that has made a demonstrable difference in patient safety through an innovative solution.
