Casey Jackson, MS, CCRP, director of research quality improvement and compliance for the University of Maryland, School of Nursing has been added to the roster of potential mediators supporting conflict resolution on campus. The University of Maryland, Baltimore, offers mediation to all employees to address workplace issues and promote civility among colleagues.
