Two UMSON faculty members have been appointed to NPAM leadership positions.
Two UMSON faculty members have been newly appointed to leadership positions in the Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland:
Erica Alessandrini, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, assistant professor (left), has been named co-district director of the Eastern Lower Shore District.
Janet Selway, DNSc, MS '88, AGNP-C, CPNP-PC, FAANP, FAAN, associate professor and director of the DNP Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner specialty (right), will lead the PAC (Political Action Committee). Selway's experience on the front line of the legislative committee lends itself perfectly to the PAC chair position.
