Assistant professor co-presented plenary session at ACHNE Policy Institute.


Lori A. Edwards, DrPH, MPH, BSN ’80, RN, PCH-CNS, BC, assistant professor and associate dean for the Master of Science in Nursing program, presented a plenary session, "Healing the Planet through Climate Policy and Advocacy in Action: A Necessity for Public Health Nursing," at the Association of Community Health Nursing Educators (ACHNE) Annual Institute conference, June 6 - 8 in Chicago, with members of the ACHNE Policy Committee.

Edwards' role as immediate past president was acknowledged at the conference, and her eight-year term of leading ACHNE is now completed.
