PhD student wins Best in Category Award for poster at AMDA PALTC24 Annual Conference.
Sorah Levy, MSN, RN, RAC-CT, a PhD student, won the Best in Category Award for the poster she presented at the AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine PALTC24 annual conference in San Antonio, March 9 - 11. Her poster, "Nursing Home Profit Status and Pain Among Residents with Dementia," included authors Barbara Resnick, PhD ’96, RN, CRNP, FAAN, FAANP, professor, Sonya Ziporkin Gershowitz Chair in Gerontology, and associate dean for research; and Sarah Holmes, PhD, MSW, assistant professor.
