PhD Alum Judith Leitch published in the International Journal of Transgender Health.
We are pleased to recognize Judith Leitch, PhD Program graduate’18 and now Assistant Professor at California State University, Sacramento, for a significant scholarly achievement. The article she co-authored with students, “Beyond dysphoria and stress: a theory of gender euphoria and gender fulfillment” (Leitch, Nguyen & Potter), is currently the 4th most-read article of the year in the International Journal of Transgender Health.
Published January 5, 2025, the article advances theoretical understanding of gender euphoria and gender fulfillment and reflects the strong collaborative research emerging from our program.
