Leandra Cate, PhD, postdoctoral scholar, Office of the Provost; Courtney Resnick, EdD, special assistant to the dean, School of Dentistry; and Roger J. Ward, EdD, JD, MSL, MPA, provost and executive vice president, wrote “ ‘I’ve Never Felt More Welcome and Hopeful Here’: Homegrown Leadership Development Programs and Their Impact on Participants’ Perceptions of Themselves and Their Institution,” which examines the results of UMB’s Emerging Leaders and President’s University Leadership programs and was published in April’s Journal of Higher Education Policy and Management.
