Richman Professor of Children and Families at the University of Maryland School of Social Work, as a distinguished recipient of the 2025–2026 James McKeen Cattell Sabbatical Award. Professor Berlin's research focuses on infant-caregiver relationships and programs and policies to support early parenting and child development. Her work has made significant contributions to our understanding of early childhood development and family dynamics.
