Professor Emeritus Michael Reisch has published two new book.
Michael Reisch, the Daniel Thursz Distinguished Professor of Social Justice at the University of Maryland, recently published the 5th edition of “Social Policy and Social Justice: Meeting the Challenges of a Diverse Society,” which includes new chapters by Adam Schneider and Jeff Singer, and his newly revised “Macro Social Work Practice: Working for Change in a Multicultural Society” will be available in January 2026 for spring classes.
