Assistant professor delivers presentation at the Association of Community Health Nurse Educators Annual Institute.
Sun Young “Sunny” Park, DNP '22, MS '17, CNE, FNP-C, assistant professor, delivered a presentation at the Association of Community Health Nurse Educators Annual Institute in Columbia, South Carolina, on June 7.
Park presented “Innovative Gamification in Community Public Health Nursing Education: Exploring the U.S. Healthcare System Through Virtual Escape Rooms.”
The presentation focused on the integration of gamification into Certified Public Health nursing education to enhance learning outcomes and student engagement, as well as insights and lessons learned from piloting this teaching approach.
