Theresa Di Seta, DNP ’25, RN, NEA-BC, NPD-BC, assistant director of student placements for partnership development and community health, presented about her journey to legislative change and the role of nurses in legislative advocacy at the 2025 Maryland Nurse Residency Collaborative Annual Conference on Nov. 14 at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Her presentation encouraged nurses to recognize their influence and take meaningful steps toward policy engagement.
