University of Maryland Association of Nursing students host PJ Party Trivia event.
The University of Maryland Association of Nursing Students (UMANS) recently hosted a pajama pizza party, during which it collected pajamas for the Casey Cares Foundation, a nonprofit organization that offers uplifting programs for critically ill children and their families.
During the pajama pizza party event, students had fun playing a Jeopardy-style game and hanging out with UMANS members. They also collected pajamas for Kami's Jammies, a Casey Cares Foundation program that provides new sleepwear and themed pajama parties to children on extended hospital stays. Inspired in memory of a Casey Cares child, this program helps children feel more at home in an otherwise sterile environment.
UMANS members collected pajamas of all sizes and showed up in their own pajamas as a way of supporting the Casey Cares Foundation.
