Annie Kurdziel, PharmD, MS, a pharmacotherapy resident in the Department of Practice, Sciences, and Health Outcomes Research, received a 16-month $5,000 grant from the American Society of Health-system Pharmacists for “Optimizing Opioid Therapy in Hospitalized Internal Medicine Patients: A Pharmacist-led Medication Stewardship Initiative.”
