Elizabeth Palley, J.D. (2006), MSW (2007), a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and the University of Maryland School of Social Work; Howard A. Palley, Professor Emeritus at the University of Maryland School of Social Work; and Marian Lief Palley, Professor Emerita in the Department of Political Science and International Affairs at the University of Delaware, have co-authored The Politics of Women’s Health Care in the United States, 2nd edition, published by Palgrave Macmillan in April 2026.
