Dr. Nalini Negi appointed to National Scientific Conference Leadership Role.
Dr. Nalini Negi has been appointed to a committee of leading substance use scholars from across the country to develop the scientific program for the National Hispanic Science Network’s (NHSN) international conference, “The National Science Network on Drug Abuse: Rooted in Community, Driven by Science,” taking place October 15–17, 2026, in Arizona.
The conference brings together researchers and scholars from leading universities across the United States and around the world and is supported in part by the National Institutes of Health through NIDA grant 5R13DA026647-17.
As part of her appointment, Dr. Negi serves as co-chair of the Social Science Data Blitz, a session highlighting emerging and cutting-edge research in the social and behavioral sciences.
