Assistant professor earns honorable mention recognition in Nursing Education Perspectives journal.
Noelle Flaherty, PhD, MBA, RN, CPHQ, CCM, assistant professor, was the lead author on "Incorporating Omics and Precision Health in a Nursing PhD Program: The Perspectives of Student Nurse Scientists," which received honorable mention recognition among all Innovation Center articles published in Nursing Education Perspectives, the research journal for the National League for Nursing, in 2025.
A committee of editorial board members made the selection based on significance to nursing education; clarity and quality of writing; sound conceptualization; forward-thinking; depth and scope of the research; and uniqueness.
Honorees will be announced at the National League for Nursing Education Summit, Sept. 23 - 25 in Washington, D.C.
