Onyi Esochaghi, MHA, program manager for the Office of Strategic Engagement and Impact, presented at the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE) Annual Conference in Philadelphia on March 26.

Esochaghi presented “Supporting Multilingual Learners: A Call for Systemic Reform.” This presentation explores the challenges faced by multilingual nursing students and the need for institutional change to promote linguistic equity.
