Theresa Di Seta, DNP ’25, RN, NEA‑BC, NPD‑BC, assistant director of student placements for partnership development and community health, presented "Advocacy in Action" at the virtual 2026 Maryland Organization of Nurse Leaders Legislative Education Session on Jan. 28. Her session highlighted her journey to legislative change and demonstrated how nursing skills can be translated into practical advocacy and policy engagement. She encouraged attendees to recognize their influence and take meaningful steps toward legislative engagement.
