Yvette Conyers, DNP, RN, FNP-C, CTN-B, CFCN, CFCS, CNE, FADLN, CWCN-AP, FNAP, assistant professor and associate dean for strategic engagement and impact, co-published "Developing Courageous Leaders: Lessons from a Multisite Nursing Leadership Collaborative," in Nurse Leader journal. The article describes a multisite learning collaborative designed to develop courageous leadership among nursing leaders. The study involved 12 schools of nursing participating in a three-year initiative modeled on the Institute for Healthcare Improvement Breakthrough Series .
