Cynthia Renn, PhD, RN, FAAN, associate professor, has been awarded a University of Maryland, Baltimore Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR) Accelerated Translational Incubator Pilot Award for $25,000 for her research project “The Effects of a Topical AT1R Antagonist on Wound Healing and Pain Responses in Aged Diabetic Pigs with Skin Wounds.”
