Faculty executive director of the Grid selected to participate in Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Culture of Health Leaders program.
Jenny Owens, ScD, MS, faculty executive director of the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s (UMB) Graduate Research Innovation District, or the Grid, has been selected to participate in the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Culture of Health Leaders program.
Designed for people from all fields — technology and business to architecture and urban planning — the Culture of Health Leaders program fosters cross-sector collaboration and supports leaders in their continued growth and development as agents of change for equity and health.
As a member of the program’s newest cohort, Owens will bring her background in higher education and social innovation to join a cohort of 40 other leaders from across the nation over the next three years.
