Simulation (Standardized) Training Specialist passes the Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator exam.
Kara Petrosky, MS, simulation (standardized) training specialist, began her role within the UMSOM and UMSON's Standardized Patient Program (SPP) just over a year ago. She quickly acclimated during her initial months and became a vital member of the SPP Team.
Since the program made an unparalleled jump to virtual simulation, Petrosky has been a driving force. In addition to contributing to the virtualization of many simulation projects, Kara managed to apply, be accepted, study for, and pass the Society for Simulation in Healthcare's Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator exam.
