Faculty member elected as vice-chair elect for the Health Sciences Section of the Gerontological Society of America.
Kirsten Corazzini, PhD, FGSA, professor and associate dean for the PhD Program, was elected to serve as vice-chair elect for the Gerontological Society of America's Health Sciences Section. Her four-year term will begin Jan. 1, 2021.
The Health Sciences Section promotes research and scholarship on the aging process, with special reference to the study of health and disease in later life and the comprehensive well-being of older adults and their families, including the communities who care for them.
