The week of Sept. 20, you will receive an electronic invitation to participate in the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s (UMB) 2022 Staff Experience Survey. The survey is an important tool for obtaining feedback from staff about the work environment at UMB.
We value your thoughts and opinions, and we are invested in the continuous improvement of our University. With your responses, we will be able to identify areas where staff experience is positive and areas that need improvement. The results will help us to continue to attract, cultivate, and retain an engaged and diverse workforce grounded in our core values. Survey responses are anonymous. Please DO NOT delete the emailed invitation, as it will be the only way to access the survey and cannot be replaced. The survey will be open between Sept. 20 and Oct. 7, 2022.
