Practicum to Practice Program (P3)
P3 offers nursing students an opportunity to select a 1:1 senior practicum placement if they interview for and accept their first job as a clinical nurse on the practicum unit, prior to the start of the practicum.
Eligibility:
- Must be an entry-into-practice student in entering their final semester of study
- Must maintain a GPA of 2.75 or greater
- Must not have a job commitment to another hospital
